How to Book

Telephone or e-mail our Booking Secretary (details below) with your chosen dates to find out availability. If the Lodge is available, your requested dates will be provisionally booked, pending receipt of a firm booking within 14 days.
Print off a Booking Form (see link to the left), complete and send it with a non-refundable deposit of £2 per person ( Cheques should be made payable to "The Old School Lodge") and a stamped addressed envelope to:

Your booking will be confirmed when the booking form and accompanying cheque are received. Confirmation of your booking together with an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you.
Full payment of the balance is due two weeks before the date of arrival.
